The ori_por_best_to_reject.csv file lists a few POR (point of reference) entries, for which the IATA code appears to be wrongly attributed. Most often, it indeed corresponds to the FAA code, not to the IATA code. Some other times, the airport has simply no IATA code.

[POR][Issue #12] Changed the city order of the served cities of all the POR referred to within the issue (#12).
The ori_por_best_to_reject.csv file lists a few POR (point of reference) entries, for which the IATA code appears to be wrongly attributed. Most often, it indeed corresponds to the FAA code, not to the IATA code. Some other times, the airport has simply no IATA code.
When such POR entries are found, they have to be removed from the best_coordinates_known_so_far.csv file, and potentially added to the ori_por_non_iata.csv file.
