When using the site in spanish and going into the Contact form, the form is not displayed on Spanish.

Reproducible: always

steps to reproduce:

1. Change site to Espanol
2. Click on the Contacto menu button

I'll take a look at this as the contact form is a plugin from my account at elfsight
