Is your feature request related to a problem?

Some customers have difficulty/inability to provide source cluster access to the migration tooling. This may involve complex network setups especially for cross-cloud or on-prem to cloud migrations. Customers may also already have an existing snapshot so they can save time and effort with the migration by using it.

What solution would you like?

Customers would like to specify the location of an s3 snapshot to perform a migration with instead of a source cluster.
