when viewing 5min and 30min intervals, use smoothed lines for the volume and the emissions intensity charts.

(unless i'm confused) the export emissions intensity should always be the same as the region's average. it's not here:

i don't think exported emissions should be showing up in the emissions intensity calculations here:
