Create datapackage.json using datapackage-init in your browser.

This will also help work through the workflow stuff in #2

Note: had to hack jts-infer a bit so that it works with browser data arrays
(and this code has not yet been back-ported to the main code-base!).

FIXED. This is now working pretty well at http://okfnlabs.org/datapackage-init/demo/
