@jorydotcom we are using the JS Foundation CLA bot. What is the update path? Also, are there any guidance on how to use DCO so we can point users to it?

@molant we are blocked waiting on the final CLA language from the Board - those items are being captured in openjs-foundation/cross-project-council#124 & openjs-foundation/cross-project-council#258. Hoping to get that cleared away very very soon so this can be unblocked for folks!

@molant I've updated the to-do list to help make it clear which points you will be blocked on, because some of the items are waiting on final approval from the Board &/or CPC. In the interim you can get started on the project charter if you want!

Thanks @jorydotcom

Is there a hard deadline on this?
There are a few things we need to ship in the next few weeks and I'm not sure to have the bandwidth right now.

Nope - no hard deadline! And I'm here to help, too. We can circle back on this in a few weeks!

@molant the foundation is keeping a spreadsheet with this information until we know where we want it to live. If we can find like 30 mins to chat either async or over teleconference call that would be easiest!

@jorydotcom per our conversation last week I'm marking the infra item as done. Sounds good? Also I just send you an email with the contacts.
