Hi folks, I think we may skip this meeting. I'm quite busy, and there doesn't seem much to update on. I posted in the slack, and will copy-paste here:

Only outstanding items I see are

1. PR with summary doc for "Define spec for development environment field"
2. Callout message for inviting contributors to the "package.json research" initiative

Otherwise, I believe we can also cancel November's call as many of us will be busy with NodeConfEU. I'm sure we will have many in person discussions!
