"Migrating from openHAB 2" not fully updated for OH4

Some parts are updated for OH4, like using Java 17.
However other parts have not yet been updated and refer to OH3.

As a result users may waste their time if they follow these instructions.
It could also be removed if nobody has time to update this.

I think it's probably OK to remove it if it comes to that. But I wonder if waiting until OH 5 would be a better choice. If someone has time before I can get to it, please jump in. Otherwise I'll give it a shot but this weekend has raised a number of higher priority issues for me on my rule templates and an openhab-js issue so it might be a few days.

Getting Started probably needs some attention as well. 😱
