If I have a component in my clipboard, I am offered a Paste button in a collection. However, pasting doesn't work at the collection level, it only works at the library level. Is it possible to implement pasting at the collection level? If not, can we remove the paste button from the "Add new" sidebar in Collections?

AC testing found a regression: #1489 - not 100% sure if it's from this or something else though.
