Qgrid not working with Voila - fail to launch application

The Qgrid widget package is in conflict with Voila. It prevents the application to start.
It is still working fine in jupyter-notebook.

Fixes proposed in voila-dashboard does not work with anymore.
(fix was: to change first line in env\share\jupyter\nbextensions\qgrid\index.js:
