Going back to some old notes
In a meeting in 2014 with @000generic and David Linberg we decided to generalize CEPH into MOLO:

Not sure when anyone would have time to do this, but recording this here so we have a record

Hi Chris @cmungall
looking at some interesting datasets, https://trace.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Traces/sra/?study=SRP278619 and the related paper https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33125889/
, I am wondering what are news for CEPH and/or MOLO ontologies? Also currently some classes like this one in Uberon sounds weird:
[Term] id: CEPH:0000002 name: cephalopod eye is_a: UBERON:0000970 ! eye
Can you tell me who to contact about that? Thank you in advance. Cheers,
Anne
