Section 11.5.2 Applying an Operation to Members of a Collection describes continue-on-error only for actions.

Is the text too specific, or do we really expect different behavior for actions and functions here?

What behavior do we expect for functions if some of the invocations fail?

We might want to include a reference to the binding parameter value in the response.

This could be done via some control information into the JSON object representing the "single" response.
