Please excuse me if I'm missing something blaringly obvious, and thanks again for this great app.

Windows 11 Pro 64-bit 10.0.22631 Build 226312 Nvidia 2070 Super
App Version (Also blanked out in the app) latest download was from today

Installed the most recent version of the app, opened, clicked settings and the below results:
