Story

As a SPM, I want to be able to search for a report

Context

The SPM must be able to search for a report. To do this, the platform must indicate the field on which the search will be carried out and thus SPM can enter the wanted value for this field.

Description

• Use case: Search for a report

• Actors: SPM

• Background: As an SPM, I want to search for a report

• Precondition: The user is already logged into his account

• Postcondition: User accesses the desired report

• Scenario: 

  • Step 1: The application displays the homepage where the features are listed
  • Step 2: User clicks on search bar
  • Step 3: The system displays the different search criteria and parameters (project, SPM, document name, etc.)
  • Step 4: User enters document name
  • Step 5: The system displays the corresponding document
  • Step 6: The user can then view the document options

  • User can enter first letters of report name
  • The system proposes a documents list based on the first letters entered
