As a SPM, I want to be able to edit technical document

Description

• Use Case: Modify Contracting Technical Documents

• Actors: SPM

• Background: As an SPM, I would like to amend a procurement technical document

• Precondition: The user is already logged into his account on the platform and on a previously selected project

• Postcondition: The user has changed the desired document type in the specified project.

• Scenario: 

  • Step 1: The application displays the different services
  • Step 2: The user clicks on a “Technical Documents” tab
  • Step 3: The system displays the “Technical Documents” set of the selected project
  • Step 4: User selects a technical document then right click
  • Step 5: The system displays the list of options for the selected document
  • Step 6: User clicks edit
  • Step 7: The system displays the features and settings of the document
  • Step 8: The user changes the desired option (document name, etc.) then validates
  • Step 9: The system displays a “modified document” success window

• Exceptions: 

  • The user clicks on the “Cancel” button
    • The software cancels the document modification and returns to step 1

• Constraint: 

  • The user can change the document name…
