but still not work in for example samsung note3 android 5.0 and nokia and many huawi devices

Do you have any sample code? Does it error or does it just not change the language? Any more information you have would be helpful.

when select the font, don't work (not to change font) for many devices; I use Persian language;
bit it works for example samsung note10 android10
