Option to make Fill-screen mode (Maximize mode) with mouse [enhancement] [New feature request]

Description

Option to make the application to maximize mode with mouse shortcut - like enabling double click of middle scroll button or any button to make it fill-screen (Maximized screen without hiding the menu options) would make easy use this feature. I Don't know keyboard shortcut exist or not. If it exist can anyone tell me through mail: nitelite@techie.com what the shortcut is. I would appreciate that

Rationale

I don't like using full screen mode most often. This option will resolve my problem facing with struggle to click the green button (For Fullscreen) and holding option button to maximize to the screen size without going to full screen mode.
