Shift key issue in Axure [bug]

Description

A user sent me an email:

In a prototyping tool I use called Axure RP, holding down the Shift key on my keyboard and using the scroll wheel on my mouse does not result in horizontal scrolling of the page, as it does with my other apps, but keeps scrolling the page vertically.

Strangely, enough, holding down button 5 on my mouse while using the scroll wheel does result in horizontal scrolling in Axure; however, it is a pain to have to remember to switch how I need to do horizontal scrolling between it and the other apps I’m using.
