Gringotts with Towny Error trying to use the /res backend.

Describe the bug
When installing Gringotts and Towny at the same time, a new account logged in to the server and tried to execute /res got an error.
Reported error messages"[Towny] An exception occurred when initializing cached balance for an account (name: WuYou233), see the below error for more details."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place Gringotts and Towny in the same plugin folder of the PaperMC server
2. Start the server
3. Run /res in the game using the account that joined the game for the first time
4. See error

Normal prompts/res messages
