the ability to create accounts (chests) with arbitrary names or for non-existent players.

This might be useful for some servers, like mine.
Since I use a lot of self-written systems, this innovation could greatly simplify the work.

I'm not sure if the vault plugin supports this, but if it does, then I please you to add this functionality.
