You can sign up for cloud service from Amazon and use the free tier.

If you are affiliated to an academic institution you can also apply for XSEDE funding. Typically, first time applicants apply for a startup allocation for computational resources on one of the many High Preforming Clusters (HPCs) across the country.

Many universities offer HPCs. Students and staff at UC Davis can use FARM.
