The HMRC Frontend includes layouts, which you can use in the prototype kit. That is something we want to do with NHS App layouts.

The NHS App layout would need to include the top nav and bottom nav.

These are both native components but we could add the HTML and CSS to the NHS App frontend to use on the full page examples and for prototyping (with the prototype kit).
