UI taks and enhancement requests

Ahoy! Please add any minor bugs and enhancement requests here for addition/repair.

• Merge the IP Range cells
• Add tooltip for online status explaining this is DP to CP health. May only be a hover in that location.
• Add tooltips for SG Rules editing.
• Regroup on a token refresh plan 😬
• Prototype an accordion show view instead of a new page from Listing
• Research how e2e is done in current UI dev
• Notifications only fire once in the current render.
• Refresh the SecurityGroup read only render after rule save and tab selection. Currently you have to click off the tab and back for the latest fetch rules to refresh post save.
• Our dark mode theme is meh.
• Add the ability to update other security group props along with rules (Name, Description)
• In AuthProviders.ts determine if localStorage needs the tokens to be purged on cleanup().
• Remove the stun port in the device listing view. Too much detail.
