The feature request

From quarto v1.4, vignettes are supported by the quarto builder.This is useful to add as I would like leverage Quarto’s features (like its flexible formatting, advanced output types, and seamless integration with R) within my packages.###

Proposed solution

integrate the Quarto engine in rworkflows.
