Tried to create a all caps bucket name (NORCE), got

An error occurred (InvalidBucketName) when calling the CreateBucket operation: The specified bucket is not valid.

An error occurred (NoSuchBucket) when calling the PutBucketVersioning operation: The specified bucket does not exist

An error occurred (NoSuchBucket) when calling the PutBucketPolicy operation: The specified bucket does not exist
