reCAPTCHA v3 not working on Prestashop 8.1.6

Hello,

I recently configured the reCAPTCHA module for my PrestaShop site. After saving all the information in the module configuration, everything appeared to be fine. Additionally, there were no errors when verifying the module installation (please see the attached screenshot of the check result).

However, I am encountering an issue in the front office. According to the documentation for version 3, the reCAPTCHA box should appear in the bottom right corner of the screen. Unfortunately, it is not visible there. Furthermore, the reCAPTCHA box is also missing from both the contact form and the account creation form.

I am wondering if I might have missed a setting or configuration step. Could anyone provide guidance on what might be causing this issue?

we have the same problem.
We're using Prestashop 8.0.4 and eicaptcha v 2.5 module.
Since last week we're getting flooded with dozens of spam mails by contact form.
We had configured Google Recaptcha v2 because Google Recaptcha v3 doesn't protect us. Recaptcha v3 showed the captcha box at the bottom right. But there still wasn't any protection. Spam continued permanently. Recaptcha v2 worked pretty well till last week the spam flooding began.
