There's a file systems note about "module reset" that still references /scratch (SCRATCH environment variable). This note will need to be updated to remove the /scratch reference (sounds like the CUE module needs to be updated first).
I have a modified CUE module that uses /work/hdd instead of /scratch. It ends up that the old CUE module file has an issue where the file system variables aren't getting set. The new one (which copies that same code from the original) still has that problem. Putting a note here so Lillian can remind me about it if I don't have a fix soon and it falls off my radar.
