Update failing tests

In RStudio: Build tab -> More -> Test Package
A number of the tests for the QC functions fail because the functions have been updated since the tests were written.

All tests pass with the exception of a couple sensor and sensor test functions, which are being revised pending review of updated sensor data imported from AGOL
