See title. Unfortunately, I don't have any logs to provide and I don't believe I can share the data that's causing the crash at the moment.

I guess you are using the last released version of Alphaplot. I have tried to fix most of those issues for the upcoming release. If you can share the data, I can try to check it with the latest build and let you know.

try to redo the analysis with the new release v1.02.
