When I tested on the Android Q
this Flag is not working >> PackageManager.COMPONENT_ENABLED_STATE_DISABLED,PackageManager.DONT_KILL_APP

The app still Kill when I try to change any Icon on android Q

**Note I tested on your demo

Please fixed it
