Display Shortcut Windows (like PTT)

This might be already possible/requested (not sure) but I'd like to see an option to display a shortcut (or multiple) as a floating window much like how the PTT checkbox works in Audio Input>Transmission.

It could take the arguments from the Function-Data columns and behave like virtual button shortcuts:

Sounds like a nice addition to the shortcut functionality.

Where would you add the setting about which shortcuts you want to appear as virtual buttons? What comes to my mind would be a checkbox in the shortcut preference window that will allow to tick/untick this behavior in the row the shortcut is defined. But I have the feeling that this is a bit ugly...
