Rename Skins to Themes

This is a rather unimportant discussion, but as @Krzmbrzl pointed out, Skins and Themes are basically the same thing.
So we could use a consistent naming.

Also themes sounds much better then skins.

Sounds good.

I agree Themes sounds better, is the more modern term.

We also use Theme in our Client in look and feel settings for the theme selection.

Looking at the terminology, I would say skin represents a more basic reskinning, while theme is the bigger term.

Where do we still call them skins? Is this about the wiki page, or more?

Yeah I think it's mainly about the wiki page and the ongoing documentation rewrite (which basically inherited the term from there). Furthermore the README in https://github.com/mumble-voip/mumble-theme also uses this term
