[16.0] Random error messages caused by muk_web_theme

first of all: Thank you for sharing muk_web_theme with the world. It is a really nice module.

Since the repository for version 16.0 (https://github.com/muk-it/muk_web) got archived, I am raising the issue here:

I randomly get different error messages on 16.0 when muk_web_theme is installed.

I guess this issue muk-it/muk_web#213 is addressing the same topic.

The issue is caused by wrong usage of event bus. I saw, that you already fixed this for later versions of the module (https://github.com/muk-it/odoo-modules/blob/18.0/muk_web_theme/static/src/webclient/appsmenu/appsmenu.js#L48).

Since the repo is archived, I was not able to create a pull request. Therefore I am sharing the pull request I created in our forked repo. Maybe you want to unarchive the repo temporary to include this fix also on your end.
