Video recording issue: Audio playing in the background (

Hi, I am new to the world of audio/video recording and I have this problem:

When I am recording a video of myself, and I have audio (music) playing in the background in another browser tab, e.g. a yt video, the music gets muffled/distorted.

Same issue if I am listening to Spotify in the background.

Does anybody have any info on why this is and what I could do to fix it?
