smart-splits + wezterm integration is partially not working

My setup allows me to go wezterm -> nvim, but I can't go nvim -> wezterm. I'm using nvim 0.9.5 and wezterm nightly latest version as of today.

Here's my wezterm config:

The problem was that I didn't have wezterm in PATH for macos

swapping buffers Is it functioning properly? Mine doesn't work properly
