About the Cottage, Property, and Neighborhood

We live in a compound

This is a centrally located, really convenient neighborhood. We're two blocks away from Berkeley Bowl next to the Russell Street Bike Boulevard, and a ten minute walk from the Ashby BART station.

  • 800-900 mbps Ethernet
  • Hardwood floors
  • Gas oven
  • In-unit laundry and AC
  • Dedicated seating area out back

Red tape details:

  • Available April 1, with 1-year lease preferred
  • Rent: $2000/month
  • Deposit: 1st month's rent
  • Utilities paid by tenant monthly, average $60/month.
  • Limits: No off-street parking, smoking, or dogs. Cats totally welcome.
