[WFRP4e System] The submit button doesnt create my character

After going through all of the character creation steps I click on submit in the character creation window but I dont see my character in the Actors tab. In the Chat Messages tab I see that he was created though. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if its a permissions issue but all the other players say they can see their characters in the Actors tab after they created their characters.
