User story: As a site maintainer, I want a system to be able to easily and continuously add content relating to the site and adjacent topics to the SAF that a user would be able to reach with ease. Additionally, an author would be able to have a place to create content without having to require a developers skill set to go in and write/maintain code.

Acceptance criteria:

• The user has a location to view blog posts written by team members or related parties.
• Organization of the data is easy to digest quickly with organized blog cards
• The user has access to a search feature to be able to search and filter to find exactly what information they are looking for.
• Content creators have access to an interface system to write their posts on and have it directly sent to the backend/frontend (after admin approval).
