Disqus Integration

Hi. I recently started using your theme. It's great. But I have a question about Disqus.

I notice that the Discuss comment field shows up at the bottom of posts, but comments do not. Do I have to do something besides add my handle to the config?

I had this issue too. It turns out I had to go to Disqus, use the Migration tools, and download the CSV URL map. A lot of my posts had (for example) http://www.dwmkerr.com/something, which I had to map to https://dwmkerr.com/something. This took a while to figure out, but once I downloaded the CSV it became clearer. You can also merge comments - so if you have two URLs for the same page (maybe because you changed your slug or routing) you can just map both to the same destination page.
