Porting model class to another repository

I would like to use the Nequip model as part of my codebase where I have multiple QM datasets and a training pipeline. I want to instantiate the NequIP network as

from nequip import NequIP
nequip = NequIP(<some init params>)

# forward pass
energy, force = nequip(atomic_numbers, atomic_positions)

I am benchmarking MLIPs and want to import the model class. What would be the best way to go about this?
