Describe the solution you'd like

Is it possible to add characteristic RotationDirection for the Fan accessory? I cannot see any open or closed issues requesting this.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I think the 0x5e fork of the official Tuya is able to do it with a lot of custom work involved, but that plugin requires you to request extensions of access every 6 months (that is if my extension past the one month has been accepted yet) and I would rather not have to keep doing that.

Without this it is hard for me to help you with regards to this specific issue.
