Video controls click location is off

Video does not show start/stop button, you have to just click on the beginning of the timeline.

I do see controls in a video.
Here what I see:

If I push, video starts and I see the pause button:

Ok thanks. The issue is different than I thought.

If I click on the button nothing happens. I have to click below it.
