Long GIF images appear overly compressed

Steps to reproduce

1. Obtain a long GIF image. For example, download an image from a webtoon and convert it using an online JPG/PNG/X to GIF converter.
2. Save the GIF image to a local folder.
3. Open the GIF image.

Expected behavior

The image appears normal and displays at its original quality.

Actual behavior

The image appears overly compressed.

Crash logs

The app does not crash.

Other details

• Images opened with WebView (Chrome) appear normal.
• Images opened with the default image viewer also appear overly compressed.
