Describe your suggested feature

The current image system doesn't support animated or progressive jxl decoding. This library is a fully featured jxl implantation with a coil plugin that adds support for the major features of Jpeg XL:

• Animation
• Progressive coding
• Lossless Jpeg transcoding

which are features i use in my library, and that should be supported alongside the current basic still-image decoding.
