R11 and R14 got no Footprints, but the value of 20 ad 27, is this the right resistor value?

i try to build a PCB for PCBWay, but i saw those are not connected.

Yes, these are the values in Ohms.

Here i am so far but i dont find any R20 and R27, can i use also R22 and R33 ?
