  1. I use force push a lot on non master/main branches. Similar to the existing "Push Branch..." right click menu, can you also please add "Force Push Branch" to the right click menu?
  2. Can you provide a setting git-graph.dialog.push.setupstream so that we can turn off that "set upstream" check box that today is on by default? Or have it turned off by default, since setting upstream is not done each time, only once initially, and is more the exception than the norm.
