It would be great to be able to program the "forced charge" feature for an attached battery. At the moment I have to manually go and set the time and the amount of charge manually.

I know Tesla powerwalls do this via their app.

Ideally it would be great to be able to see the next days weather and adjust the amount of force charge appropriately, so for winter on a rainy/cloudy day change the force charge to be 100% during off peak. In summer on good days only charge to 25% for a short time.

If your inverter is using our dongle WiFi v24/25. The system will not let make any changes remotely
If the inverter is using a v31 wifi dongle it apparently can do this.
you can't upgrade from v24/v25 to a v31
