Change description on Top Languages to no longer say experimental

We have removed the experimental chip from the Top Languages and Top Sources results components. The language in the Top Language description still says experimental.
The description should be changed to better reflect that it is not experimental(?)
Current Description:
This is an experimental sample-based list of the top languages of content matching your query. We have not strongly validated the results as representative. Use at your own risk.
