update failed

I ran update yesterday evening, because I hadn't done it for a while. I noticed a error and "fail" in the output but it seemed to continue and complete OK.

I've just realised that I've had no detections for over 12 hours!

I've rerun update and the same error and "fail" is still in there

Hi there, this is an issue that was fixed recently but still affects some installations. Sorry about that - you can fix it with:
sudo -E chown -R $USER:$USER $HOME/Bird*
and then rerunning the update.

Strangely, since I ran update again to generate the error message above, it has started analysing recordings from 12 hours ago. There is a gap between 11pm BST and 3am BST, but from 3am onwards seems to be filling up now.

Anyway I have chown and run update again
