Error when installing android armv7 and armv8 do not appear

why my compiler after install, my android clang doesn't have armeabi_v7a, arm64_v8 and MSVC so i can't build the program, i tried to replace NDK version 19e but can't fix
i am using jdk 11, SDK 8 and NDK 21.3.65..
Please help me fix this problem
